1. Who operates this service

Bot-Hosting Ads is owned and operated by Bot-Hosting.net. Your use of this platform is also subject to Bot-Hosting.net's main policies. Where they conflict on a topic they cover, the Bot-Hosting.net policies prevail.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country) and have a valid Discord account. You are responsible for everything done under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.

3. What you can advertise

You may promote things relevant to the Discord ecosystem, provided you own them or have the right to advertise them:

• Discord bots and apps.
• Discord servers and communities.
• Tools, services, hosting and software relevant to Discord developers and server owners.
• Your own projects, websites or landing pages tied to the above.

4. What you cannot advertise

Ads, creatives and destination URLs must not contain or promote:

• NSFW, adult, sexual, violent, shocking or otherwise age-inappropriate content.
• Scams, phishing, malware, token grabbers, or any deceptive or fraudulent scheme.
• Broken, misleading, cloaked or bait-and-switch links that do not match the advertised product.
• Impersonation, or trademarks, logos and brands you do not have the right to use (including Discord, Top.gg and others).
• Selling or buying Discord accounts, self-bots, or automation that violates Discord's Terms.
• Raid, nuke, crash, mass-DM, or token/credential tools.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal goods or services, regulated products, gambling, or crypto/financial scams.
• Anything that violates Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.

5. Moderation

Every ad is manually reviewed before it runs. We may reject, pause, edit-gate or remove any ad at our sole discretion, including after approval, if it breaches these terms or harms the network. When an ad is rejected, its unspent budget is returned to your credit balance. Credits already spent on delivered clicks are not returned (see below).

6. Credits, payments & refunds

• Credits are purchased in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Campaigns are billed per click at the displayed cost-per-click. You only pay for delivered clicks, never for impressions.
• Used (consumed) credits are non-refundable. Once a click has been delivered and billed, that amount cannot be refunded for any reason.
• Unused credits remain on your account and do not expire, but have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• If you delete a campaign, its remaining unspent budget is returned to your balance; spent credits are not.
• If you delete your account, any remaining balance is forfeited and is not refundable.
• We may correct balances to fix errors, reverse fraudulent or invalid clicks, or address abuse. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension.

7. Data & privacy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Your Discord ID, username, avatar and email, obtained via Discord OAuth.
• The ad content, destination URLs and campaign settings you create.
• Aggregated impression and click counts for your campaigns.
• A hashed visitor key (derived from IP and user-agent) used only to prevent click fraud and de-duplicate clicks. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Billing metadata returned by Stripe.

This processing is also covered by the Bot-Hosting.net legal page. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

8. Service & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted delivery, or any particular number of clicks, votes or members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot-Hosting.net is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may change these terms or the service at any time; continued use after a change means you accept it.
